Guidelines for Participation:

• Medium of instruction- English/Punjabi/Hindi
• Time Duration-03 to 04minute
• Participant will share the video in Whats App Group ( Group will be created on 12-12-2020 )
• Your registration number and login details will be sent via WhatsApp and registerede-mail.
• Students from Class 8th to 10th standard can submit their entry @ www.pgsciencecity.org by December 11, 2020 (up to 5 pm)along with school ID card.
• The Participation fee of Rs 50 per participant to be deposited online at PGSC website prior to registration.

• AWARDS: CASH PRIZES RANGING FROM RS. 500/- TO RS.2000/-. CERTFICTAES TO ALL THE PARTICIPANTS

Guidelines for Participation:

• The project can be individual or a group project and it should be working model. A Group Project must be the work of two students only. Group projects must reflect the work of all members.
• School students up to class 12th can participate in the competition.
• Your registration number and login details for online evaluation will be sent via WhatsApp and registerede-mail.
• A project paper must be prepared and mailed to sciencecity2019@gmail.com. The project report should include the following sections:  Objectives- Concept behind theproject,  Innovativeness Cost Effectiveness and Utility of the model/project
• The students need to submit their entries through online registration form available at PGSC website.
• The Participation fee of Rs 50 per Model needs to be deposited online at PGSC website prior to registration.
• Plagiarism is prohibited. The project entry must be the original work of the entrant(s).
• Prohibited for display
• 1. Living organisms.
  2. Taxidermy specimens orparts.
  3. Preserved vertebrate or invertebrateanimals.
  4. Human/animal parts or body fluids (e.g., blood,urine).(Exceptions: teeth, hair, nails, dried animal bones, histological dry mount sections and completely sealed wet mount tissue slides)
  5. Human/animalfood.
  6. Laboratory/household chemicals.
  7. Poisons, drugs, controlled substances, hazardous substances or devices (e.g., firearms, weapons, ammunition, reloadingdevices)
  8. Dry ice or other sublimatingsolids.
  9. Sharp items (for example: syringes, needles, pipettes, knives)
  10. Flames or highly flammable display materials.
  11. Batteries with open top cells.

SELECTION CRITERIA
A team of experts will evaluate all projects. The criteria of evaluation would be:

1)Innovativeness                            2) Technical Skills

3)Utility                                           4) Presentation
