Convention Hall

 

Science City has convention hall with a capacity of 300 persons. The facilities available in convention hall are

 

• Moderen Audio and Video equipments
• Reception Desk
• Centrally Air-Conditioned

 

The Convention hall can be booked by any agencies/institutes for the functions/conferences/ seminars.The request for booking should be given on the proforma available from Asstt. manager (Estate) in the Science City, Gate Complex information booth.

 

Booking charges:

 

Up to 8 hours - Rs 25,000/-

Additional per hour beyond 8 hours - Rs 4,000/-

 

Catering facilities are available through Maya Planet Restaurant located in the Science City campus.
