Advance Booking Form (School/Colleges)

Please use this form to book an educational group visit to the Puspa Gujral Science City. If you are unable to use the form, please book your visit by contacting the Booking Office at booking@pgsciencecity.org or by telephone on 91-1822-239909.

 

We must receive this form at least 10 days in advance of your visit.

 

A booking cannot be regarded as confirmed until you have received a confirmation either by email, telephone, fax or letter from the Science City.


Booking will be confirmed only after the reciept of the Demand Draft.
